Early-1996 - May 2002Edit

First mostly-full time onscren graphic that featured time and first graphic to feature temperature. Was barley used until May 1999 when it became shown most of the time.

May 2002 - July 2002Edit

The blue block was scrapped completely and the text shrank onto an orange background on the right side.

July 2002 - September 11, 2005Edit

The orange background was removed and the text was moved to the left.

September 12, 2005 - September 12, 2006Edit

The first Today Show graphics to feature an animation and take up more than a very small corner of the screen.

September 13, 2006 - March 25, 2007Edit

The Today Show, along with a new studio, updated their graphics.

March 26, 2007 - November 11, 2007Edit

In March 2007, the bug was moved from the right to the left and minor changes were made, including a smoother animation.

November 12, 2007 - September 7, 2009Edit

In November 2007, the half today show logo was replaced with the full today show logo and "TODAYSHOW.COM" was added in a scrolling text. Another addition includes the NBC and Today logo having a gradient instead of solid Orange.

September 8, 2009 - August 4, 2010Edit

On September 8, 2009 the Today show underwent the largest graphics update since 2006. The Today Show and NBC logo on the left mimicked the Today show open. The bars on the top would rotate colors (red, green, yellow, and orange). This was the first Today Show Time/Temp graphic to not be in a corner.

August 5, 2010 - January 16, 2012Edit

On August 5, 2010 the Facebook and Twitter icon were added and TODAYSHOW.COM was shortened to TODAY.COM

January 17, 2012 - September 15, 2013Edit

The basic design stayed mostly the same while it was more modernized. The graphic became less blocky and more transparent.

September 16, 2013 - September 8, 2015Edit

As part of the first studio change since 2006 and first exterior change since the 90s, the Today show introduced a new graphic package.

September 9, 2015 - PresentEdit

A radiant was added around the logos as was a new animation surrounding it.
